Smooth check-in process, but I was disappointed to find that my reservations were mishandled. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I ended up in a standard room instead of the suite I paid for.

We loved the hotel, exactly what we had in mind. The booked room was comfy and clean. The pleasant staff made our experience comfortable. The location was convenient and marvellous for traveling around Channelview, adjacent to Houston.

the room was brand-new and cozy, with a microwave and a refrigerator. a bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

I loved that both the San Jacinto Battleground and the Battleship Texas were just a short drive away, providing me with rich history and fantastic park views for peaceful walks. As a solo traveler, I found the central spot super convenient for my weekend explorations.

The room had a tv and free Wi-Fi, which I appreciated, yet it didn't work properly most of the time. I found the heating quite inefficient. It was either too hot or too cold. The decor was outdated, and the patchy walls gave an unwelcoming vibe. Housekeeping was noisy and seemed distracted, which disrupted my peace. I faced issues at check-in with a long wait due to disorganization at the front desk. On the bright side, the staff did assist me eventually, but the attitude could use some warmth. I can't ignore the unacceptable cleanliness. There were visible stains and hair in the bed linens, raising concerns about hygiene. I left feeling dissatisfied with the quality for the price I paid.

So, I stayed in the King Room for one night. It was pretty run down and just seemed like a total letdown. The comfort level was off. Honestly, it just didn't feel cute at all. I was really expecting more, but the room was lacking in cleanliness and had a weird smell. Not impressed at all.

This place was just a prime choice for a passing visit in Channelview with value for price. The bed bugs were a nice detail, made the night in my car seem like a better option. Avoid the King Room if you can.

The lobby had a charming, cozy vibe that felt cute, making wandering through the area a joy for anyone needing a comfortable space to relax.
